Title: dcs 5220 camera

I have configured my camera with wep 128 bit security and I am using the correct password.  But the camera does not want to connect to my router.  I can see it with wired network but not on the wlan.  any suggestions

Does you SSID or password contain any spaces or characters other then numbers and letters? If so try making it as simple as possible and test it.

Thanks for the suggestion and now my ssid is just four letter but when I put it off the wire and restart the cam it only will have the power light and activity burning full time but no action.  Also the router is not registering the Cam.  Also when I look for wireless signal also there I can not find any.

Try it without security to verify the wireless radio is working.

Hi every body

I have a DCS-5220 and the camera does not communicate with any computer now, everything was OK before and I have no idea why it happened to it.

I tried to do the factory reset by pressing and holding the small button, after the led's flashing couple times nothing will happen to the camera and everything remains the same.

any help will really appreciate

Has anyone figured out how to add code to your own webpage to stream the feed from a DCS-5220 camera?
