Title: Upgrade wipe flash?

So I have 1.01 firmware installed and I want to upgrade to 1.03 however I am running funplug and have of course made modifications to the shadow file etc to add users which I believe is in the flash file system.  If I upgrade does it wipe the entire flash, killing all the work I have done?

Well, I'd expect that the linkages may be compromised, even if it didn't!  I sure wouldn't try to install a different version of the firmware with those kinds of modifications in place.
