I purchased a ANT24-0230 antenna a few months ago, and just recently had to unplug the thing from my DIR-655. Not noticing where the yellow plug came from when I unplugged it, I'm now stuck trying to remember where it goes now. (I threw out the docs after the initial install :( )
Anyone with any guidance? The website FAQ SUCKS.

With the router I don't think it matters.

I'm pretty sure it said something in my manual... I just can't remember now. And I can't find the manual anywhere.

The website FAQ SUCKS
Q: What is the Yellow SMA connection on my ANT24-0230 used for?
A: The Yellow SMA connection is for A Band routers and APs.

Looking at the back of the DIR-655, I have the yellow lead in connector all the way on the left side. I remember the manual did specify where to put the yellow lead, and I think I got it right...

I know, that's my my comment about the FAQ sucking. I know what it's for.. just not sure where it goes.

I don't know the antenna but if it is for A band routers it is most likely not used with DIR-655 as this router doesn't have A (5 GHz) band.
