Hi!
I'm living with an ISp that insists on a certain router (Zyxel) for the DSL WAN modem. I cannot change the settings on this router (they will reset it automatically) and I cannot throw it out.
I have the DIR-855 and want to use it as a switch and WLAN but turn of the routing mode. Is that possible?

You can use it basically as a switch, using the LAN ports. Using the WLAN port implies routing, as they LAN and WAN ports are two separate interfaces.
