Hi,
I noticed few weeks ago that my dlink got small connection uptime (7-14 days) so i started to make it email me loggs and the first thing was that i was getting like 30 loggs a day. So i did open a port for Utorrent and that did help some but still i get tons of loggs so is that normal ?
Also today i noticed that Messenger just lost connection and connected back and i checked with the router and it was counting from 0 again. Here are the loggs any idea why it restarts the connection?

Because the other loggs are bigg i will post them on pastebin : http://pastebin.com/fcec835b
Edit, when the router restarts i also noticed that the date and time is way off.
Edit2, I got 2 Computers Wired to the Router, 1 is running an Apache server. Then i got a Printer and 2 Laptops connected to it by Wifi.
Best Regards

This sounds like the exact same problem I am having. My fiance's laptop can't use the internet at anything faster than dial-up speed because the wireless keeps restarting every 10 seconds. I constantly have to refresh pages that fail to load and forget about streaming any video. She is especially ticked off about that because it keeps her from watching Hulu on nights when she isn't working.
To top that off the 1.32NA bios update killed one of the 2 working features that I bought the router for. No more printer sharing... yay.
The only feature that IS working is the wired gigarouter.
I'm going to go back to using my Linksys once my friend returns it to me. I really hope D-Link does SOMETHING about this wireless resetting crud. Else this thing is going up on Ebay.

This is signature behaviour from this router (rebooting). It's also (in my limited experience of a few models) signature behaviour of dlink products, unfortunately.
It's harder to tell if wireless hiccups are the same problem, but when you log into the router and the logs are cleared, the time is reset (if you arent running NTP) and the connection time is reset, you pretty much know.
I did extensive troubleshooting for several weeks to get rid of the reboots about 6 months ago, and then it began again, up to about 10 times a day, combined with hard-locks. So I'm afraid I can't detail everything that I've found to be helpful, because I just don't remember all the little things that I taught myself to avoid in the config.
Aside from trying to have as rational configuration as possible (I view all dlink features with suspicion, so if I don't need them, they get disabled), what I have found is that utorrent and UPNP can cause a lot of reboots. [thats close to a fact, from my experience]. Generally I turn my utorrent settings/connections/pex/dht/ etc down/off/low.
I am running 1.32 NA now, and even though it is much maligned, it is working OK for me with my tweaked config.
When I had had enough of the reboots, I RMA'd that unit [unfortunately, I settled on a working config later]. Humourously, talking to tech support level 1:
Me: This router is rebooting about 10 times a day, and its locking up hard about twice a day.
Me: I've reset to factory defaults, upgraded the firmware, reconfigured by hand, [etc]
Tech support: OK sir what I need you to do is do a hard reset.
Me: My VOIP phone goes through the router, so I'll be disconnected from you if I do that.
Tech support: But we cannot solve your problem without that. It is the first step to get you connected.
Me: I am connected. As I said earlier, it is working at the moment, but the router reboots 10 times a day and locks up twice a day.
Tech support: So what is the problem then?
I kid you not.

Hi guys, well i think i found my solution to my issues. Well Now i have all my loggs mailing me when its full. Not sure if its the part of the solution or not.
Then i got Utorrent turned off upnp and did port forward to my computer. Ever since my router never restarted.
So far =
Connection Up Time : 40 Day 5 Hour 52 Min 56 Sec
Firmware Version : 1.21EU, 2008/11/03
Thing is the router did not turn off during torrents but it have to be something related. But since this no reboots or freezes at all.
Got download and upload speeds at the same time 4mbit/s on both upload and download and about 50 torrents working at the same time and the connection is working bad ass.
Best Regards
