Title: 2.4 ghz and 5 ghz

Ok I'm fairly new with this dual band router

my question is related to the 5 ghz band.

Xbox360 is LAN connect to the router
MY PC with DWA-160 dual band adapter

now when I look my wireless connection on my PC my network is connect
and there another one call network MEDIA who is not connect

what the media do exactly?
Do I have to connect the media and leave the regular network disconnect?

where  can I see the speed of both band

If I remember correctly, "media" is the default SSID for the 5ghz band (For wireless A and/or wireless N).  THe other SSID is the 2.4 ghz band (for wireless b, wireless g, and/or wireless N).

If your connections speed is good, ...no reason to use the 2nd 5 ghz band.
