I have multiple computers on my LAN and have BitTorrent running on one of them.
I only want BitTorrent to be running from 1am-1pm on 1 of the computers.
During 1:01pm - 12:59am I want BitTorrent to be blocked (ie. no uploading or downloading), however want web browsing to still work on this computer.
I have played around with Access Control, but have gotten nowhere.
I have setup port forwarding and BitTorrent runs great, so great, I can't block the damn think for 12 hours per day!
Any help would be appreciated.

You should probably look at program based scheduling, most new bittorrent clients have that feature built in and you can choose to seed only or to stop transfers completely, it would work way better than any router-based control.

Blocking it router based isn't the way to go. Use uTorrent (free) and you will find all the scheduling you ever need. If you want to block BT from somewhere else in you LAN you're also out of luck, since the BT clients use different ports every time by default.

I found a way to do it on the router. I have a NAS in my network and have got a bit torrent client on it. Because the bit torrent client does not offer any features such as scheduling, I was able to shut down all internet access by the NAS box, using an access control.
