Title: Login problems with download button

I can login using the Configuration button, no problem.  But when I try to login with the Downloads button, the login page is refreshed.  It briefly flashes the http://192.168.x.x/web/user/download_scheduling.asp?id=305191 URL in the address bar and then returns to the http://192.168.x.x/web/login.asp URL with both User Name and Password boxes cleared.

I've had the box for less than a month and this problem started a couple days ago and has remained persistent.

It doesn't matter which machine on the network (XP, Vista, or Win7) or browser (Chrome or IE) I use.  The result is the same.

Thoughts?

Try resetting the unit to factory and try it.

ECF, thanks.  Resetting the DNS-323 did the trick.
