I think D-Link as a network company is like AT&T as a phone Carrier.
Now here me out before jumping the gun. I am not bashing here in anyway 8)
I myself am with at&t and is pretty dam frustrating when I don't have coverage on my iPhone!! The iPhone has all the coolest apps and IMO is the best phone ever, and guess what this expensive phone has issues too! But yet millions of people are still using it just like me.
Now, I see the DGL-4500 like the iPhone. It has the coolest features compared to any other router, but doesn't work as expected right? Oh well.. Like any major company out there, they wouldn't be successful if they were putting out crappy products.
I feel D-Link will get their FW issues fixed.. you just gotta be patient or don't be stupid and upgrade your firmware to something you know is bunk! Duh! And besides who can beat a company that offers free support over the phone!
I don't know if I'm making any sense but I do know I am staying loyal to both companies :P

That was a bad comparison... true Att does suck, the D-Link before the FW1.20 has running flawlessly and it was a great router... but at this time if your FW is 1.20 n above yes ur gonna have lockups.. im trying the 1.21NA Beta 3... so far so good.... Ive notice a increase in my network speed too! xD

Good to hear B3 is working for you. It's been working for me. Now if DLink can get the Wireless N 300Mb connection a bit more stable. I think I'll be happy.
