is it possible to have two different lan ip of the dfl-800 act as default gateways for the internal lan side
-
Sure, just set up an ARP publish and core route for any additional IPs.
If you are implementing a new network as well as IP ensure you have a route that is applicable. Then make sure your rules are going to allow the traffic if it is coming from a new network.
-
Also, if you want to literally set up VLANs, the DFL-210 will support them.

tell me the steps if you dont mind please

There were at least 3 different scenarios I described that you may be pursuing. Be a little more verbose with you request if you want my answers to match.
Also, as is mentioned in the stickies, this isn't a place for step by step guides. This forum is for users to get to discuss products and perhaps support each other. The fact that I am in here doing tech support is kind of a lucky happenstance.

i was trying a router on a stick config on dfl 210 and worked nice por routing traffic between vlans using a layer 2 switch.
For that you need to add vlan interfaces with all their objects (ip address, mask, gateway, network ) and add routes and ip rules to the traffic, also you can set a dhcp server for a designed vlan.
The other side of the vlan routing its the switch config to allow the config to work, if you dont know how to do that you can forget the vlan theme for a time, because the integrated switch on dlink utm firewall its not intended to be manageable, you need a separate layer 2 manageable switch to work with vlans on dfl utm firewalls

will this work without a managed switch i mean i can edit the network id in the lan card options

of course, but some nic drivers not allow this function
