For a DFL_210, How to configure FTP and SFTP (secure ftp) access from LAN to WAN ?

Which are the steps to follow please?

ummm, from LAN to WAN, the Smart Wizard you get on first run would be capable of getting you to the point of allowing either of these outbound.

Is there something more to this question than I realize?

Some problem to access to one ftp site via port 21.

Connexion is established but apparently no possible to connect to the remote repertory.

Any ideas?

Try that server from a 3rd location?
Check logs?
try different clients behind the DFL?
