I did a bad thing by installing the above driver. My Vista64 Ultimate BSOD's if I don't disable the PnP-X IP Bus enumerator in services, via MSCONFIG. This also takes out 'Windows Media Center" on my Xbox 360.
I realized after the fact that I didn't need that damn driver anyway. I have searched other threads and seen that I'm not the only one who did this, however I can't find away to get the driver files off of my system.
Thanks in advance.

Do a system restore to before the installation.

Thanks for the reply.
I did try that and vista came back with an error that it can't restore system to a previous time.
I didn't take note of the exact error message. I was hoping I could remove the driver files and registry entries.

Try Revo Uninstaller ( http://www.revouninstaller.com/ ). You need to have it installed, then point Revo at it and do the uninstall and let it remove the extra entries after the products standard uninstall function completes.

http://pdfcast.org/pdf/dns-321-uninstallation-guide
You can follow that guide but just replace the 321 with 323. Should do the trick.

Thanks for the link to the .pdf.
Will I have to reinstall the 323 after I do this?

There is no "installation" of the NAS units required. I've used both a DNS-323 and a DNS-321, and I've never installed any of that software.

thanks for the link for revo. I was able to remove other remnant chowder that slowed my startup times. ;D

Glad it worked out for you. :)
