Title: DIR-825 to DAP-1522 Poor performance. Please help if you can.

I just got Rev. B and having a hard time to make it work as it should..

First, I had Rev. A for a year and it WAS working awesome until I upgraded to latest firmware..  What a joke.. It started dropping internet connection very often and I just gave it to my friend... now that`s his problem. 

DIR-825 stuck on 20MHz band. I`m trying to switch it to 20/40 and it`s still on 20. Is there something I need to know?
Also, DAP-1522 connected to DIR-825 on 5MHz channel 80% signal. My transfer rate from NAS is around 5-6 MB per second. At the same time my Lenovo Laptop (Intel 4695 AGN) got 11-12 MB per second transfer rate, same 500MB file.

I`m stuck, I think I tried everything.

I found answer for this one.  In "N" Only mode is imposible to switch to auto 20/40 MHz. I
