Title: Cannot login to Configurations

I've been using this for a while under Win XP, now I just installed Win 7 and I get this message when I try to go to the Configurations page.

"This user account is currently in use by another party. Please contact the administrator or try login at a later time."

I'm on the only PC that's connected to the box and my PS3 is even off.  Any ideas?

Power the unit down and back up again.
