Title: Routable Hard IP accessible to Public but not LAN or DMZ

I have a curious situation
I have multiple routable IPs one of which points to a webcam of ours (67.47.11.XXX).

It is currently located on our DMZ and assigned a DMZ network address in the 192.168.0. range.

I have set up rules to SAT the routable address to the NAT address on the DMZ
SAT any all-nets wan Cam_Public_IP http   
With a Destination to the camera's DMZ ip
Access Allow any all-nets wan Cam_Public_IP http

This allowed people from the outside to get to my networked camera.

So now here is the problem.
Users on our LAN can not access the routable IP (67.47.110.XXX).
When people on the LAN or DMZ type in the hard IP nothing happens. 
But anyone outside the network has no trouble connecting.

Can anyone give me advice as to the rules i need to add to allow the LAN to connect with the Hard IP.

Ensure your routing table makes sense, and that you don't have a potential short circuited routing problem.  Check you log for any relevant messages.

If it is the problem I suspect changing the second rule to a NAT or a FWD_Fast will fix your issues.
