Hello,

"Because the connection problem of network environment, the transmission protocol changes to HTTP"

We are getting this error after we set up our DCS-5220 to a new ADSL connection. We have opened the ports 5556, 5557, 5558, 5559 and 554 on the router, as those are supposed to be the ports needed for video and audio, but it still doesn't work. When I connect to the camera's public IP, the connection starts in HTTP protocol, so it goes really slow and without any audio.

What are we doing wrong? Do we have to open any other port maybe?
