I see posts about the v1.21 beta 3 firmware but it isn't available for download on the product page and when I click on the forum link it says that it's been deleted or I don't have access. Am I doing something wrong or has this been pulled?
-
The Links been pulled and Beta 08 is now available for DL. Are you looking specifically for B03?

I'm really looking for anything that will work. I take it that beta 3 didn't fix the problem? Do you know much about 8 and if that fixed any of the problems or where I can get it? Thanks!

Beta 08 is working great over wired connections. WiFi is ok but there are some random disconnects and presume dLink knows about them and will continue to get that more stable after the holidays. I'm currently running Beta 08 and have had no issues over wired connections.
You can get the Beta 08 here:
ftp://ftp.dlink.com/Gateway/dgl4500/Beta/Firmware/dgl4500_fw_121b08NA_beta.zip (ftp://ftp.dlink.com/Gateway/dgl4500/Beta/Firmware/dgl4500_fw_121b08NA_beta.zip)
Save ur current system configuration before you apply then re-apply after the update, unless you don't do alot of configuration.

I assume that D-Link's goal then is to release an updated firmware version (not beta) that will address and fix most of the problems people are having. Any idea on the time frame on when they expect that to happen?
-
Anything is possible. Once they seem satisfied along with US being satisfied, then Ya, they'll go public with it. And when it's released we'll know about it.

Great - thanks for everyone's help. When I get back, I'll try version 8 of the beta...it can't be any worse then what I am dealing with now.

Let us know how it goes. I feeling it will work alot better for you.
