Title: Streaming .iso files fails.
Post by: mobilejukebox on December 26, 2009, 12:13:00 PM
How does one stream an .iso file to a DSM-520?

I realize it's a new option in the beta 1.08 b08 code but I'm not sure how the 323 is supposed to "stream" an .iso file.  That means to me that the 323 will be able to decode the .iso for a machine like the DSM-520, which doesn't support .iso files.  Am I just being a dunce on this one?

Streaming only means that it will send the ISO file....
... the .ISO file extension is now a valid extension in the uPnP server running on the DNS-323

The DNS-323 not not do any kind of Decoding or transcoding (like TVersity)
