Title: Can not hear the person on the end of the call

Occasionally we can not hear the person on the other end of a call it is happening with incoming and out going calls on both our POTS line and VOIP lines and on all of our phones. If we reboot the phone it temporally resolves the problem then randomly it will happen again. Please help.
