Title: DCS-5220 causing my wireless connection to drop
Post by: Peng Kang Hill on December 29, 2009, 04:55:03 PM
Hi all,

Was just given a DCS-5220 as a Christmas present from my colleagues.

Tried installing it at home and looks like I have configured it because I can view it on my PC (Vista) when it is hard wired by LAN to my router.

But when I tried disconnecting the LAN to try the wireless, the instruction says to off and on the camera.  However, whenever I switch it on, my wireless connection drops.

Can anyone help please?

Thanks - Peng Kang Hill

Try removing your wireless security and make a connection then enable security and enter you security into into the camera wireless settings.

Maybe the frequency conflicts.
