DSM-520 Power Failure

My device was working nicely but today when I tried to turn it ON, the power ON light won't come ON. Normally, when it is ON, the little BLUE light on the front panel turns On, but now it does not.

I had bought the unit on May 27, 2007.

Any ideas as to what I can do to correct this problem?

Were you trying to turn the device on by remote or the hard button?

If the device no longer powers up then you will need to call D-Link Technical Support so they can get you an RMA for replacement.

Thank you so much.
That's what I did last night. It took me five tries because there was something wrong with their telephone system and it would cut off the connection after getting through the very long wait each time!
But, it is done and the item is on its way to D-Link.
