You crashed reset the router and now it's asking for a firmware upload.
Go to http://support.dlink.com/products/revision.asp?productId=DIR-615 ,and select the proper version of your router.
Step 1: Download the latest firmware
Step 2: Once you´ve downloaded the firmware, open a web browser such as Internet Explorer and enter the IP address of your router (192.168.0.1).
Step 3: Click on the Browse button and browse to the .bin (or .dlf) file you downloaded
Step 4: Click Send and then the router will upload the firmware.

After leaving it in that state for 20 minutes (to be generous) please hold Ctrl and hit the F5 key.  I believe that should take you to your router login.

Connect directly to your modem then do the following:

Go to http://support.dlink.com/products/revision.asp?productId=DIR-615 ,and select the proper version of your router.
Step 1: Download the latest firmware
Step 2: Once you´ve downloaded the firmware, connect your DIR-615 back to your modem and computer and open a web browser such as Internet Explorer and enter the IP address of your router (192.168.0.1).
Step 3: Click on the Browse button and browse to the .bin (or .dlf) file you downloaded
Step 4: Click Send and then the router will upload the firmware.

the firmware just got erase and you need a new one to be uploaded to the router agian, make sure you don't have any firewalls on for example like Norton and windows firewalls...turn all security programs off before uploading the firmware. If that still don't work try from another computer if you get same results it could be possible hardware issue on the router.

If after you try to load the firmware, and you try to log in again and you get this same page, then the unit may need warranty replacement. Its stuck in crash recovery at that point. You can also try loading the firmware from a different machine.
