Lost DATA - HELP PLS!!!

Guys,

I need your help! I have a DNS-323 storage with 1 TB winchester. I bought a new 1 TB winchester to build it to RAID-1. I put the new one in. I accesed the admin page of the storage. A pop-up came up and asked to format the newly inserted winchester.It was EXT3.OK. After it i saw the old partition with all my data and the new free space. After it a pop-up came up again and asked to build it to RAID-1. I answer OK. After it I lost everything in my old winchester....:(
What shold I do? How can I recover it? I found many sw on the net, but which shoud I use?
Have I chance to recover it?

The only way to recover your lost data would be plugging the hard drive into a PC running linux. That's as much as I can suggest.

I have my doubts you'll recover any data, but the previous post was your best chance if it's possible.

Remember: Data you don't have two copies of is data you don't care about!
PS: RAID of any level is NOT a second copy.
