Wirless Network Range Extension

This may be a very simple topic but before buy something I want to double check my facts.  I am moving my home office to my shop space and it is another building.  I want to use wired and wireless in that building and cannot run any ethernet to it as is has no method to get the wires underground.  I have a DIR-628 in an upstairs bedroom and want to put another of the same in my new office.  Will I just see the wirless connection and all will work, I assume I need to change the IP address of the new router but are there any other settings needed to just make it function together.
