Web access and filter

Hello people of the world,
If anyone can help with this.
I want to limit access to some web site with this router.
I added the web site under the "Website Filter"  and then enabled "access control" and it doesn't work.

I had the firmware 3.07 and was thinking to update and now I have 3.08 and  it is the same.
Here are my router information:
Product Page: DIR-625 Hardware Version: C2 Firmware Version: 3.08

Please help.

I have same problem with hardware version A1 of DIR-625.  The Web Access function does not work.  Also The website logging function also does not work.
