Brand new - Won't turn off

Just setup a new DNS-312 - worked fine for a couple of days - Now severial problems.

Doesn't show up on network unless I unplug/re-plug unit.  I have to unplug because it will NOT shut down.

Does NOT show up in EasySearch (unless I unplug/plug).

The network is set correctly!  Worked fine last night - this morning problems started.

Sounds like it's broken.  Holding the power switch for a few seconds should start the shutdown sequence, it does on mine.

It seems to be not coming out of hibernate.  I am going to turn that off and see how it behaves.

Well, it certainly should come out of hibernation, mine certainly does.
