Windows 7 Home Premium/ Have U verse wireless Internet setup/ Windows is setup for 2 user profiles. one profile sees and connects to internet fine. logging into the other user profile however, does see a wireless connection, but will not connect. It sees the wireless source, but when I try to connect it prompts for a network key, which I enter and is definitely correct, then it just says "windows was unable to connect to "2WIREXXX"
Both user profiles are set as administrator

check the working profiles wireless settings, make note of the security settings.
WPA PSK or WPA2 PSK, AES or TKIP
setup the none working profile to be identical
