dir 601 and grandstream

I have a dir 601 and a grandstream gxp2000 I use roadrunner.  My voip service was working but it quit.  First it started where i could hear the people on the line but they couldn't hear me.  I have called both the service provider for the voip and roadrunner and each blames the other  :).  I'm not to sure what other information you need but whatever it is I'll find it Im just about ready to quit my job just so i dont have to mess with this crazy phone!  Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
