Is there a way to monitor FTP users on DNS-321?
« on: March 02, 2009, 09:00:25 PM »

??? I used to have the cute FTP server software and ran an FTP site a few years ago and I was able to view who was connected at the time and how manny people were connected and who was downloading what. is this possible with the DNS-321 software? From what I can see it's only a wish.

Currently there is no form of monitoring the FTP on the DNS-321.

Currently there is no form of monitoring the FTP on the DNS-321.

I wonder if it's possible to replace the ftp server with one that does?
Anyone?

Its not that the server doesn't SUPPORT logging/current connections, its that we do not display them. We have plans to in the future.

I did a little search on that matter also.
I tried a few programs out there.
The only one I found that I like was Networx.
The program provides the ability to measure your network uploads and downloads.
There are others but its the one I use.
