Dir-626 Latencey issues wired or wireless

I have had  to reset the router many time each time my connections return to normal then after some the connection start to lag out any help would be appreciated or do i have bad router.

These are before and after test on wired network if i unplug the router and just run the modem the rates return to 20Mb/s.
