DPR 1260 Simply Stopped Responding

We're using a DPR-1260 connected to a Brother Laser Printer, and printing wirelessly from a Toshiba laptop. This setup has been working fine for a year or so, and all of a sudden became unresponsive. If I plug the printer directly into the computer, everything works fine and I can print. All lights on the router (power, network, printer via USB port 4) indicate that all is well.

This is a work setup, and I use macs at home, so I have not idea where to start with this. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Are all computers unable to print already? Or are you experiencing this problem in just one computer?
