code 10 with DWA-120 USB

hello,
I have a DWA-120 USB
my OS is Win XP SP2
on my Manager periphery i have code 10 near my dwa-120 ( the periphery does not start )


i have activate and desactivate my device many times and i have installed and uninstalled my driver many times too , i also changed usb port without matches , i have tryed DWA-120_v1.10.zip and DWA_120-S0020-1.20.zip(drivers 12-Jan-2010) I always have this problem code 10.

i need your help
