Seems virus update 5958 by McAfee is causing svchost.exe to be considered as a virus.

5959 is mentioned to be available by site of McAfee is heavily loaded.

Please check internet for resolutions in advance.

If implemented it will cause your PC (XP for sure) to keep rebooting.
