OK..... had enough for today
At least I'll be able to access my pc's via Radmin.

The first DIR-835 I got all the ports quit working on it.
This one is a RMA. I would have just returned this for my $ if it wasn't for the fact that it was a gift.

Hopefully this port forwarding issue can be resolved.
Thanks for your help but having to do all these things besides port forwarding to make it work just doesn't make too much sense to me. Wouldn't it be more simple if port forwarding just does what it's supposed to do on this router?

Maybe try again on Monday. Have a good one and thanks again for trying.

I should have tested this out on mine when I had it. Just got one to test a problem some Canadian users are seeing on a specific ISP there. I didn't see it here in the U.S. I think the router is a pretty good router. This maybe a configuration issue maybe.

Does the Radmin SW have a trial period or demo? I could give this a test on a DIR-857 and see if I can replicate this problem. Glad to work with you to see if we can figure it out. I haven't had much time to play with PF and need to get more time in on it. Let me know. Have a good weekend.

Question, are you running the client Radmin SW on each PC or is one of them running the Radmin Server program? I'm going to give the client SW a try on 2 PCs and see what I get.
