DNS - 346 - MIB and SNMP information

I am looking for the below information regarding the DNS-346 device.

1. MIB information of the DNS-346 device to check what alerts are broadcast.
2.How to forward SNMP traps to a different Windows based server e.g. Windows server running NSM agent.
