Can't install router DIR-825 (hnapapi.dll) issue

I've tried a few different things but I can't use the software to install the DIR-825 since it keeps hitting an error and wanting to close the application.

The error happens during the quick router set up...

AppName: setup.exe    AppVer: 5.2.22.100    ModName: hnapapi.dll
ModVer: 1.10.1.1    Offset: 00024f2d

I don't know what to do since everything including the label on the router says to use the CD Wizard.
Is there another version of the wizard that may work properly?

Anyone know the solution to this one
