DCS2121 - Setup Problem

Hi.
I have a DCS2121 IP CAM installed and its working fine and setup to email me should I get problems. My problem is that I am not able to remotely access the cam from any other PC or even via my mobile.

Can anybody give me some guidance on how to set this up...

If it helps, I am using a NETGEAR DG834GT router.
