Local addresses on my netwrok

For the life of me I can not find the setting that will change this. 

I am using my 615 as a router and dhcp.  I get addresses fine.  but for the life of me i can not figure out why when i ping one of my devices by name on the network it always comes back with a 208.*.*.* address.  wish security feature is this and how do i turn it off.
