Issues with DFE-530TX HELP!

Does anyone have a clue as to why Windows XP Pro wants to install this card as a Realtek 8139 instead of the DFE-530TX?  When attempting to manually add new device or update driver it wants to use the Realtek... I never had a realtek network adapter in this machine.
