laptop will connect but still no internet?

I have a dir-615 and have a dell laptop which was working great. I reset router and modem now i get no internet with the laptop even though it says connected to router? Other computer connects wirelessly but laptop won't? Are there special setting or something in the router to allow it to work or communicate with the laptop again? I have xp on the dell and even tried vista with the same problem?

figured it out i had 802.11 mode wrong setting.
