Blocking connections between PCs

I have a DGL-4300 with wired and one wireless client.  I want all network traffic blocked between the wireless client and all the wired clients.  For example, let's say I have a PC connected via Ethernet at address 192.168.1.100, and a laptop connected via 802.11 at address 192.168.1.111.  I want the laptop to be *unable* to ping 192.168.1.100, but still be able to access the Internet.
