dfl-860 multiple public ip addresses on wan1
« on: June 23, 2010, 01:58:33 PM »

Hi

My company has recently moved from Watchguard to Dlink DFL-860. We have a basic configuration, have no problems with inbound / outbound traffic, have set up some NAT/SAT rules for internal services which all works fine.
We have multiple public ip addresses available from our isp and wish to provide access to an internal server but are already doing so on the wan1 interface. I need to know how to bind additional public ip addresses to wan1 interface.
I have looked for product info on this but cant find anything, I apologise if there is documentation for this already and I have missed it. Could someone either point me in the right direction for some docs relating to this pls.

Many thanks
Darren

To make new address from same wannet avaliable on WAN interface, you need to publish it thru ARP and add route core <new address> 0.
After you can make required IP rules with this IP addresses.
