Printer server is idle, but processing
« on: July 18, 2010, 10:33:13 PM »

The Printer Server has worked properly before, but now I only get a status message indicating that the printer is busy, even when trying to just print a test page.

The status is now "Processing page 2..." and nothing happens. The print que is empty. I have tried powering down the printer and creating a new printer config file, but it does the same thing.

How do I resolve this problem? I searched this forum for an answer, but it doesn't seem to be a common problem.

Well, I'd start with the old standby.

Upgrade the firmware to the latest available.
Reset to factory defaults and manually configure.
