What are specs for Admin and User passwords?

How long can these be, and what is the permitted character set (are special characters O.K.)?

I have not found the max size yet but the characters need to be a "standard" "printable" character.  Therefore, 1 to 0, A to Z, a to z and most "punctuation" characters (!@$%^&*|) seems to work.  There is only "draw-back."  The longer the password you use, the "harder" it would be for you to "remember" it.

I don't need to remember any of my passwords.
