Streaming to Xbox 360

So I got my NAS all setup and the UPnP Server going. First my Xbox couldn't see some folders, after some swearing and trying different things I figured out that the NAS didn't like "&" character on the folder. Fixed my folder/file names and got it going. Great!

Now when I try to stream .AVIs to my Xbox only certain videos play. I get an Xbox error "69-C00D36B2" when playing certain files. I know these files played before. Anyone come across this? Insight would be great.

P.S. I have upgraded my firmware to 1.03.
