For the record I am using a D-Link DIR-628 Router. ...So, lately I have been thinking something was up with my router when I noticed it was only one computer in the house that would disconnect everything else if it is on. My gaming rig uses a D-Link Airplus Xtreme G DWL-G132 to connect to my system, however it may not be the adapters fault in this case.
I will plug it in, find the source and begin to run some tests on my internet when all of a sudden the packets recieved drops to 1 for every 10 or 20 packets sent out (at a very fast rate). The normally occasional lights on my adapter start blinking very fast with this happens as well. I am not sure what the exact source of this problem is. Occasionally it does work for a couple of hours but it seems to be getting worse. Any help would be appreciated..
