DIR-615 vB2 - Throttling bandwidth

Hi, I have a DIR-615 vB2.  I am interested in throttling bandwidth, either by IP or service type.  Specifically, I have a low tier broadband connection (1.5M down), and when something like Netflix is running on one machine, it really hoses the connection for other users.  I'd like to be able to restrict either by IP or service, how much bandwidth is allocated...i.e. maybe I only want to allow Netflix or that computer to have 768k.
