only getting 30 foot range
« on: May 14, 2010, 07:46:52 PM »

whats with this range boost? I get thirty feet of good range.. why buy wireless when a cord reaches that distance? The N in 802.11n shouldn't stand for NONE.
The unit works fine for me.. but Im about ready to junk dlink product due to the hassle of using them.
I tried a friends no name Chinese ten dollar stick and viola,  no messing around great signal reception.

I'm having the same problem. This product is abit problematic. I walk 10 feet and my signal is slashed in half. I get faster speeds than 54mbps and displays being connected as N. I had someones laptop and the distance was fine.
