Player won't turn on after 1.05 firmware upgrade failure
« on: March 29, 2008, 11:47:33 AM »

My player tried to upgrade automatically from firmware version 1.05, but I kept getting an upgrade error.  I checked the website and it said that the media server update to v1.10 would fix that.  So i turned my media player off and upgraded the media server.

Since then, the media player will not turn on.  I unplugged it for several minutes but that didn't help.

I looks like the firmware upgrade glitch broke my player!!!

Any help out there for this?

Thanks.

Nevermind, I found a thread where many people have had this problem and I need to contact tech support to send it back.
