Power issues? Using a UPS? What hardware version and firmware?

Power is fine. I'm not using a UPS, and I'm using the latest version.

Do you have it set to power on after an outage in the UI? Even a short blip in the power can cause a shutdown. I'd suggest a UPS.

On the sticker you will see a A1, B1 or C1 indicating the hardware version.

It could also shutdown if it gets to hot.  Look at the setting of what temperature it should shutdown at.
Tool -> Email Alerts -> "System Temperature Has Exceeded"

And of course the current temperature.
